Beth has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 23 years. She is certified in “STRONG” to teach strength classes and certified in Yogafit. She brings enthusiasm to class in a non-intimidating style with a well rounded background in strength training, yoga, and nutrition.

Meg been teaching zumba for three years. She is AFAA certified and received her zumba certification in 2015. She lives with her husband and three kids in Frankfort, IL. Meg loves helping people work together at achieving their fitness goals. She believes that teamwork and music are the best motivators for enhanced fitness.

Laurie has worked in the fitness Industry since 1995 starting as a certified group fitness instructor, teaching everything from spin to Boot Camp, yoga and Pilates. Laurie then pursued her personal training certificate to help others achieve their goals in a one on one setting.

N.E.S.T.A. Certified since 2004. Placed top 5 in Figure and Novice Bodybuilding. Grew up in a very fitness influenced household as my father was a bodybuilder and Phys.Ed. teacher.

Amanda is a certified personal trainer accredited through the American Council on Exercise. She received her Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics from Benedictine University. Her interest in nutrition began at a young age when she learned from personal experience what a large impact nutrition has on overall health.
