Yesterday in the wee hours of the morning we had tornadoes here in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. Fortunately my family and I were not affected other than blown down branches, however, unfortunately for others, homes were destroyed and damaged and at least 2 people died. It is of utmost importance to take notice and realize that Global Warming is a fact and to take action!

I have been trying to get something interesting with the Ants and I almost got it with this one, holding on to that tiny stem as the wind blows and, even the gentlest of the breezes must feel like a tornado to them :)
There are so many species of Ants that I have serious doubts about the ID Help appreciated with that.

Tornado über Dänemark. Nach Bodenkontakt hat er sich ohne Schäden zu verursachen aufgelöst. Ein eindrucksvolles Erlebnis.
Tornado over Denmark. After contact with the ground, it dissipated without causing any damage. An impressive experience.
A 41(R)TES Panavia Tornado GR4 at RAF Coningsby during a photo shoot event. The Sqn is now the Test & Evaluation Sqn (TES) for the RAF Eurofighter Typhoon FGRI 4 Fleet. The Tornado GR4 was retired from service not long after.
