Green treasures on the bathroom cabinet: pottery, jadite vases and a very favorite bathing beauty trinket tray.
Cheery kitchen. Found the sink in the garbage. What people will get rid of. The vintage bakelite and chrome handles are from a local antiques store--in perfect condition.
When the boys are overnight they got to brush their teeth!! Up and down and back and front!! Little Jackson has to have his brushed for him!!

Treasures on the washstand, after Christmas, including a new glamour girl (Christmas gift from a dear friend). She's in a rare copper color--so sweet! Love the celluloid ballerina clock.
You look fabulous! We have several of these girls with heart lips and "Scrubbing Bubbles" lashes, probably based on the Holt Howard Christmas head vase, several made by Tilso (including this one), a few figurines by Sonsco, and a head vase series with flowers by Lipper Mann.
This settee and matching chairs belonged to a neighbor. I LOVED them, and then saw the exact set at a local antiques store!
Our favorite sub-collection in the head vase category-Lipper Mann, Tilso, others. Love the heart-shaped lips and "scrubbing bubble" eyes.
My Valentine display this year, on my lovely new sideboard--entire antique dining set recent gift from my sweet neighbor.
This is another of my friend, Don Davenport's creations that I photographed while we were visiting him in Grass Valley, California. Don gave this to me so it's proudly doing duty holding tooth brushes.
Strobist info: Lit with one YN560 in a 24 inch soft box placed in front and camera left about six inches from the subject. Fill light came from a large reflector disk hand held camera right. The flash, in manual mode, was triggered by a Yongnuo RF-603N.
I'm calling this a still life and have placed it in my Still Life Album. www.flickr.com/photos/9422878@N08/sets/72157635247182331/
