tips for staying awake when you have a 1.5 hour drive, at night, on the turnpike...

1️⃣ have (open) snacks at your disposal [don’t be like me: using your knife to open rice cakes while driving 70+ mph]

2️⃣ have a caffeinated beverage OR very cold water

3️⃣ loud music- get into the habit of singing along, loudly AND badly

4️⃣ sunglasses to reduce the headlight glare from other cars, as well as led billboards. I use a rx 80% grey tint pair, and can still see clearly.
