I decided to experiment with polar panoramas and tiny planets since I don't have any hockey games to shoot this week.
I'm not so sure how I feel about this whole tiny planet panorama thing, but look, I made one! This was done with the tiny planet iPhone app.
The original photo was of a cherry statue in Minneapolis. Photoleap's Tiny Planet component was used to create this image.
Lakeside landscape, given the vortex treatment. Abstract, yet also strangely pleasing.

Playing with the Tiny Planet Photo iPhone app. This is a version of my Hatchet Pond Sunset photograph.
The Tiny Planet output was edited slightly in PSE8 to vignette and remove some noise.
Tiny Planet certainly produces some interesting effects.
