"No one is so powerful that they can stop the march of time"
The effect of erosion by the sea in this area, changes the landscape every time I visit
Your garden and your flowers will tell you the time of year. Look close and feel the warmth. The rich colors can be a hint and get close enough to smell the fragrance. Thanks for stopping by to check out my photos. Gratitude and Kindness can be felt in Spring easily.
the sun is moving south quickly this time of year — just two weeks ago it was setting well to the right side of Mýrafell…
Luebeck, Germany, 2016
The image of youth has faded from this building some 40 years ago. The curtains do not speak of youthful inhabitants either. The hair stylist near street level resides in a place that has 1960 written all over it, yet nearly all photos in the hair stylists windows are of youthful men. The human mind can be a time capsule, too :-)

Astronomische Uhr
Fynn spent some time outdoors today and seemed to enjoy it. Lots of birds in the thuja hedge caught is attention and his "friends", the neighbour's dogs, were out too. All in all not a bad day for Fynn.
He looks rounder than he really is in this photo. In fact it's more or less all fur because he is rather skinny (down to 8 pounds from originally 12 pounds). I still feed him with a syringe 5 or 6 times per day. When I was out yesterday to visit the classic car show, my sister had to feed him but as Fynn is quite cooperative that didn't cause any problems. He wouldn't really eat on his own and before Fynn would decide to take a morsel of food it would all have disappeared in Linus' stomach.
Dreams drift away like leaves on the water.
They roll down the river and slip out of sight.
Too many times we do what we ought.
Put off ’til tomorrow what we’d really rather do tonight,
And later realize:
Time passes by, people pass on.
At the drop of a tear, they’re gone.
Let’s do what we dare, do what we like,
And love while we’re here before time passes by.
Thoughts are like pennies we keep in our pockets.
They’re never worth nothing ’til we give them away.
But love’s like a promise in an un-opened letter,
Where nights full of pleasure seldom see the light of day,
When life gets in the way.
Time passes by, people pass on.
At the drop of a tear, they’re gone.
Let’s do what we dare, do what we like,
And love while we’re here before time passes by.
