How I made it: The paper heart I learned how to make via a TikTok video. It is held with a clothes pin that I blacked out with a marker. The camera is pointed at a slight up angle to not capture the top of the white votive candle about 2 inches behind the heart. In addition to the candle light, it is front lit from below with my cell phone light for about half the exposure.

Plusieurs agences et responsables publics américains ont déclaré que TikTok représentait un risque pour la sécurité nationale des États-Unis car, à tout moment, le gouvernement chinois pourrait contraindre l'entreprise à remettre une énorme quantité de données sur les citoyens américains.
TikTok affirme avoir « investi des milliards de dollars pour protéger les données américaines et protéger notre plateforme de toute influence et manipulation extérieures », tout en ajoutant que l’interdiction « dévasterait sept millions d’entreprises et réduirait au silence 170 millions d’Américains ».

American social media users woke up this morning to find that they no longer had access to TikTok after the much-anticipated ban was implemented.
Multiple U.S. agencies and public officials have stated that TikTok poses a national security risk to the United States because, at any time, the Chinese government could compel the company to hand over a huge trove of U.S. citizens’ data.
TikTok says it has “invested billions of dollars to keep U.S. data safe and our platform free from outside influence and manipulation.” While adding that the ban will “devastate seven million businesses and silence 170 million Americans.”

We were able to play with this little lion cub at the Ukutula Conservation Center in South Africa. As adolescent cubs, they had sharp teeth and sharp claws when they pounced.

The Campano amphitheater or Capuan amphitheater, is an amphitheater from the Roman era of the city of Capua, nowadays located in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, second in size only to the Colosseum, to which it probably served as a model having probably been the first amphitheater in the world Roman. It was the seat of the first and very famous school of gladiators. It has a place of great importance in classical and modern culture, and in the collective imagination worldwide, for being the place from which the gladiator Spartacus led in 73 BC. the revolt that for two years kept Rome in check in the years immediately preceding the first triumvirate. It is currently located within the municipal area of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, in front of Piazza I Ottobre. A substantial part of its stones were used by the Capuans in Norman times to erect the Castle of the Stones in the city of Capua and some of its ornamental busts, used in the past as keystones for the arcades of the theater, were placed on the facade of the Palazzo del Comune of Capua. Since December 2014, the museum, the amphitheater and the mithraeum have been managed by the Campania museum complex.
L'anfiteatro Campano o anfiteatro Capuano, è un anfiteatro di epoca romana della città di Capua, oggigiorno sito a Santa Maria Capua Vetere, secondo per dimensioni solo al Colosseo, al quale probabilmente servì come modello essendo stato, verosimilmente, il primo anfiteatro del mondo romano. Fu sede della prima e rinomatissima scuola di gladiatori. Ha un posto di grande importanza nella cultura classica e moderna, e nell'immaginario collettivo a livello mondiale, per essere stato il luogo da cui il gladiatore Spartaco guidò nel 73 a.C. la rivolta che per due anni tenne sotto scacco Roma negli anni immediatamente precedenti il primo triumvirato. Attualmente si trova all'interno della superficie comunale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, di fronte Piazza I Ottobre. Parte consistente delle sue pietre furono utilizzate dai capuani in epoca normanna per erigere il Castello delle Pietre della città di Capua ed alcuni dei suoi busti ornamentali, utilizzati in passato come chiavi di volta per le arcate del teatro, furono posti sulla facciata del Palazzo del comune di Capua. Dal dicembre del 2014 il museo, l'anfiteatro e il mitreo sono passati in gestione al Polo museale della Campania.
