10 Trinity Square is a Grade II* listed building in London, United Kingdom, overlooking the River Thames at Tower Hill, in the southeastern corner of the City of London. Designed by Sir Edwin Cooper and built by John Mowlem & Co in 1912–22 in the Beaux Arts style, it is best known as the former headquarters of the Port of London Authority and is thus also sometimes referred to as the Port of London Authority Building.

The façade features Corinthian columns and a large allegorical statue of Father Thames. The building's exterior has been featured in many films and television shows, including The Professionals, Kavanagh QC, The Crown (TV series), and the 2012 James Bond film, Skyfall.

Ten Trinity Square is a historic building, famous for hosting the first meeting of the UN General Assembly in 1946. Tide Construction was responsible for carrying out painstaking refurbishment works, including to the UN Ballroom, where original features such as walnut panelling and rich carvings have been meticulously restored. The quality of the restoration was reflected in the project winning the City Heritage Award in 2019.

Since 2017, it has been operating as the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square.

A Southern class 377 unit speeds away after departing East Croydon Station on it's journey to Brighton, whilst behind the development at 101 George Street grows ever higher as the pre-built accomodation units are added to the 44-storey and 38-storey building. When completed, these towers will be the world's tallest modular buildings and will include 546 rental appartments, an art gallery, an incubator hub for local businesses, an onsite cafe, gyms, club rooms and garden terraces.
