A throwback Thursday? Hardly. What could be the most killer lash up I've ever shot rolled through Pennsylvania yesterday in the form of 4 spartan cab EMD Special Duty locomotives.
After waiting at CP CANNON for traffic to clear, a three pack of big daddy SD70s and a lone SD60 get underway as they pull loaded grain train 50K across the stone arch bridge at Shermans Creek in Duncannon, PA.
This was a picture taken of myself when I was mountain hiking in Hawaii off the island of Oahu, those mountains were small previews of of heaven 1/11/21

Learned long ago to wear a cheap raincoat when serving meals. Today it is raining outside, but it rains DAILY inside my kitchen. Also a good idea to have a mop on standby. These little ones have terrific aim!
Want less throwing and more chewing? Fix a huge plate of food and serve YOURSELF ONLY and sit down to eat a few bites. The L@@KS they will give you, bwahahaha. How dare you not share, Mommy!
Serve them only two bites at a time, even counting out loud. They learn to count as they eat more. I ask them politely if they are hungry? Would you like more? Are you full/done? This gives THEM control.
Sometimes our eyes are bigger than our tummy, and that is okay. Your leftovers are in a lunchbox with your name on it.
