Tourists are interesting people. They are curious about everything. They are asking all the questions. They are taking pictures of everything.
You and I are all tourists sometime somewhere.
When they are isolated and taken out of the context, you will find the interestingness of them. I am not sure if Flickr Explore will agree with me on this. :o)
This scene is interesting to me. When I was shooting the Monument to The Discoveries, this gentleman came into my frame and I snapped it.

A plaza called Stortorget in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden - I'm watching people watching people. This is one of the restaurants on the Stortorget square in Gamla Stan. Stortorget is the sight of the Swedish bloodbath: the Danish king tricked Swedish leaders to come for a peace meeting. Instead the Danish king had the Swedish leaders beheaded. Who knows, these folks may be enjoying the sunny day eating and talking where Swedes once gushed blood and writhed as they died.

I am not saying Swedes are stupid. In fact I thik quite the opposite. They are smart. However, some people in any group are stupid. I think smokers are stupid no matter what race or nationality.
Jaipur, India. I view this extreme modesty as errant as extreme immodesty. It's religion run amok. In the case of Islam, it posits the responsibility for sin upon the woman -- when men are the biggest sinners. I truly believe that if one goes back to analyze the Koran, the Hadith, it'll be found that Mohamed did not condone this.
From last year, mid winter, July 13, 7:50am; it was the time to remove the swimmers and begin to warm up with this 'classic' designed garment. And it's not her only one.
She swims with the Point Lonsdale 'Mermaids' each morning, all of whom are aged 65+. This is the ocean, check out the winter water temperatures they swim in.
Is she happy? Always, life will not pass her by.
