Bucharest is a wonderful and modern city but of course somewhere you can find old stuff as here.

Sorry for posting such images. But this is Bucharest today. Every piece of green surface is replaced by such buildings.

This is Bucharest, Romania's capital and the city that I was born in. I think I finally have some peace with the fact that this picture is so crooked. It used to grate at my nerves. Anyhow, believe it or not, people live in those tiny dirty apartments (called Bloc in romanian). They are like sardine cans and the majority of Bucharest is filled with these types of buildings. I love that Frutti Fresh ad. Frutti Fresh is a fruit soda company and romanians are wild over. I don't think Frutti Fresh would have a chance in America with a name like that.

Modern Romanian streets are busy!!! This is Bucharest.
