En 1973, après le rachat complet d'Alpine par Renault, le championnat international est remplacé par un nouveau championnat du monde des rallyes pour constructeurs. Renault décide d'y participer avec l'A110 et avec une équipe comprenant les pilotes Jean-Luc Thérier (trois succès), Jean-Claude Andruet (1), Bernard Darniche (1) et Jean-Pierre Nicolas (1). L'A110 1800 Groupe 4[1] gagne six des treize courses inscrites au programme mondial, faisant d'Alpine le premier champion du monde des rallyes. Ses quatre pilotes vainqueurs d'épreuves sont alors surnommés par les Anglo-saxons « Les mousquetaires d'Alpine-Renault »
Damoiselle Crane (Grus virgo) is a Winter visitor to India. They come from their nesting grounds in Central Eurasia. One small village Khichan in Jodpur District Rajasthan is obviously theri favourinte place in India. Over ten thousand of them flock to this village every Winter. The villagers in turn love and welcome the visitors as long lost family. The villagers distribute around 300 Kg of grains as feed for the visitors. There is a specific time and pattern for the feeding ritual. A sight worth remembering for the rest of one's life!

National Geographic Traveler have listed the Lofoten Islands on 3. place for sustainable tourism and destination stewardship.
A panel of 522 experts in ecotourism, geotourism and destination stewardship donated time to review conditions in these 111 selected islands and archipelagos. They are worlds unto themselves—their own traditions, ecosystems, cultures, landscapes. That's what attracts us. But as micro-worlds, islands are also more vulnerable to population pressure, climate change, storm damage, invasive species, and now, tourism overkill.
National Geographic Traveler and National Geographic Center for Sustainable Destinations conducted this fourth annual Destination Scorecard survey, aided by George Washington University.
The destinations is rated in four categories:

The Logfoten Islands is rated among the Best-rated Islands on at strong 3. place. Lofoten scored 82 points out of a total of 100 points. The winner, Faroe Islands, scored 87 points.

Caractéristiques physiques
Taille: En moyenne, un blaireau mesure entre 65 et 80 cm de long, avec une queue de 15 à 20 cm.

A classic process for a classic target, one of the most beautiful and accessible nebula.
I tried to reveal all the complexity on the nebular gases.
It was a difficult object on my old location because theri max altitude is 53º and it was poorly visible. Now in Montsec it's still at 53º max but with clear horizon it was possible to add close to 20 hours of end integration.
"The cluster and nebula lie at a distance of some 5,000 light-years from Earth and measure roughly 130 light years in diameter. The radiation from the young stars excites the atoms in the nebula, causing them to emit radiation themselves producing the emission nebula we see. The mass of the nebula is estimated to be around 10,000 solar masses."

These sake barrels are offered every year to enshrined deities by members of the Meiji Jingu Zenkoku Shuzo Keishinkai including the Kotokai, which has made offerings of sake for generations, as well as other sake brewers around Japan wishing to show theri deep respect for the souls of Enperor Meiji and Empress Shoken.
After the emperor's death in 1912, the Japanese Diet passed a resolution to commemorate his role in the Meiji Restoration. An iris garden in an area of Tokyo where Emperor Meiji and Empress Shōken had been known to visit was chosen as the building's location.
Construction began in 1915 under Itō Chūta, and the shrine was built in the traditional nagare-zukuri style, using primarily Japanese cypress and copper. The building of the shrine was a national project, mobilizing youth groups and other civic associations from throughout Japan, who contributed labor and funding. The main timbers came from Kiso in Nagano, and Alishan in Taiwan, then a Japanese territory, with materials being utilized from every Japanese prefecture, including Karafuto, Korea, Kwantung, and Taiwan. It was estimated that the cost of the construction was ¥5,219,00 in 1920 (approximately US$26 million today), about a quarter of the actual cost due to the donated materials and labour.
