Hengelo has a beautiful water attraction. On hot days you can cool off at these jumping fountains. And in the evening, the illuminated fountains with LED lighting create atmosphere on the square. Because the municipality hopes that it will become a meeting square, there are also benches.
The fountain installation has 13 bouncy fountains. These alternately spray the water in arcs of 2.5 meters high. Under each bouncy fountain there are 3 fountains, a total of 39 pieces. These spray water vertically up to 1.5 meters high. Different heights, rhythms and colors can be set. The fountain will be on from approximately March to November.
Slowly the waves roll in on the beach, the temperature is good, the crowds are gone, and then it's time for a nice
shot in the right hour......enjoy the silence....
Last month I spent a couple of days in Holland. First stop was the lively city of Amsterdam. I loved the city especially at night. Among other things because of this famous spot in the red light district. It's a bit a tricky issue to walk around in the red light district with a camera and tripod, because it's not allowed to take photos of the ladies working there. Some critical glances when they discovered me were priceless. :-) I heard that photographers, whose finger twitched at the wrong place, continued their journey with lighter luggage and that a pimp suddenly held a new camera in his hands.
