Metroline's BDE had been used as a private hire to transport various members of the TfL Board team from Barking Station to a special meeting in Barking Riverside.

The Fashion Loft is back with its 6th Holiday Event from December 10-31.
This is a grid-wide sales & hunt event, where shoppers use a HUD to go to the stores. For this year the theme will be "Treats and Sweets", and the inspiration comes from special foods to sweets that we only have during the holidays.

A day of FDT frustration in London today; raining non-stop so that buggered my plan to do one in Covent Garden in the mirrors of Reflect London, then I thought I'd go to the Tate and do one inside the Turbine Hall, which was closed in preparation for a new work and then I ran out of time.
So, you get me at the foot of the steps on the westbound platform at Blackfriars underground station instead. Will try to be on-theme next week.
