This place was next door to the motel we stayed at in St George, apparently a rather below average place to stay according to Tripadvisor but what a fabulous neon sign, wish I would have got a night shot.

Roadside snap in Macau. The blue Chinese text 政府註册 正版正貨 actually means: "Government registered. Genuine products.".
The black character is the traditional style 藥, meaning "Medicine" (药 in "simplified Chinese", pronounced yào in Mandarin).
This sign is hanging on a Traditional Chinese Medicine shop in the alley that leads up to the Ruins of St. Pauls.
