I have been doing a ton of tweaking on the website and blog to create a new cohesive look. I've decided to go for a soft platinum feel for most of my baby images. This will be the consistent blog template for posting images.

Happy NoVVember!
Been awhile since I've started and completed an actual build. The last time was actually the Bio-Cup 2022 back in June... woof. I failed at SHIPtember (got a frame built the first day and didn't touch it again all month), didn't even attempt MECHtober, and I started a Vic Viper for NoVVember, but then didn't touch it all month, but then I figured I could at least make a mini one, right?
Here it is, based on the free online instructional course on what makes a Vic Viper, my Template Vic Viper in LEGO. I wonder if anyone else has ever had the gall to do that. (Eh, like most things, I'm late to the party, of course someone has!)

piecing my lone star quilt & dot back ground material from Nani IRO. Text Quilt on the bed one of my strip quilts made with my fabric which sells on spoonflower.
I re-did my complete minifig template. I combined the hip pieces with the torso pieces to make it easier to cut out and apply.
The only draw back is that the hip section has to be with the torso when the decals are appled.

This Webb model was submitted by Ana Gonzalez. She made this model with her nephew Lucas Granados. She says Lucas "is in love with this telescope. He's super passionate about it and understands a lot about it too. He will be making an exposition about this telescope at the scientific fair at his school. He's now in 6th grade and asked me to help him make a model of this telescope. So I suggested to him that we look over the internet for a solution, and we found your models. So we printed one of the models, we put it together and we are now sharing the finished model with you guys."

On Sept . 23, 2008 I had the opportunity to work with the art students from Northampton Community College in a community art project. Each student created 2 or 3 paper and oil pastel tridimensional pieces based on a template a created. After each pieces was assembled, I put them together in a Racimo (a banana bunch!), a hanging art piece.
For a video explanation of the project you can visit:

In early 2002, in a justified act of revenge, I stole my friend Andrea Zink's bra. You know, that fleshy, beige-coloured bra all girls own for under white or sheer tops.
I began a campaign to photograph as many friends, acquaintances and even family in the bra. Then I sent the photos to people I knew around the globe with as a postcard template which they printed out and mailed back to Andrea, convincing her that her bra was on a walkabout around the world—torturing her from each locale.
Andrea hated it. One day, figuring I must've been the cause of all this, she marched into my office and threw a particular postcard (#002 to be precise) at my head and yelled "Make it stop!"
I did not.
This is my template free for everyone,
here it is in vector format:

I finished my clone helmet template. This isn't one of my best applications, I rushed it to see how the pieces fit and I have to say I am pleased with it.
I suggest taking your time when applying these, especially the smaller ones, it is very easy to make mistakes and ruin a decal. I would also suggest some type of mounting fluid, it helps the decal slide and move easier without stretching or tearing.
Ok, now for the good part, the templates:

I worked hard on this and all of my designs so I would appreciate it if I am given credit for my work.
This almost certainly wont print out at the correct size, so flickrmail me (including your normal email address)if you want the template.
If you still cant print it at the correct size you can draw your own as above.
I just printed this to test, and as long as i opened the 'all sizes' option and then printed it was perfectly sized.... the world of computers is so fickle!
"The Gables"/William H. Baker House
5 S. Washington St.
Built in 1899
This home is Winchester’s most exuberant Queen Anne-style house. "The Gables", also known as the “Baker House” was one of the homes of the W.H. Baker family, made famous for chocolate manufacturing. The house displays a variety of materials, textures, colors, and shapes characteristic of the Queen Anne style. Using shades of purples, violets, lavenders and rose, a suitable favorite in Old Victorians and a good choice to blend in lovely with the old gray slate roof which is one of the dominant, most noticeable features of "The Gables" due to the bowl shaped designs. The roof is one of the most unique features of the house. George Franklin Barber, a prolific late Victorian era architect, designed this house and used The Gables as a template in a pattern book, with an estimated construction cost of $10-12,000.
This is a free template. You will find the adress where you can download it, at my blog.

I am re-posting this module which was created [discovered] in 1990. The main reason for re-posting this is that I found a more logical way to get that odd angle. The method is quite accurate but I do not think that it is Mathematically correct. The method is best illustrated by the photo diagram. Briefly, it shows the angles [in black] required for 4, 6, 8 modules assembly like stars, and coasters. Those angles radiate from the bottom left corner to the middle crease line. These angles can be easily generated by simple folds. Therefore, in order to get the angle required for a 5 piece assembly, logically, that angle should be in between 4 and 6. Can I logically assume that the bisector [circled and in red] the correct angle? Likewise, for a 7-piece assembly I take the bisector of 6 and 8 to be the correct angle. The interesting part here is that, that angle radiates from the corners to almost the middle of the opposite edge. I have assembled some 7 piece coasters quite accurately with this and will post them in due course. More details of this module was posted in 1993 - www.flickr.com/photos/61236172@N08/11003407114/in/datepos...
