Wolfenbüttel/Lowersaxony GER
Das Zeughaus ist ein historisches Gebäude in der niedersächsischen Stadt Wolfenbüttel. Es wurde zwischen 1613 und 1619 (nach anderen Quellen 1617 oder 1618) als Kaserne und Lagerstätte für Kriegsgerät im Stil der Spätrenaissance erbaut. Das Gebäude steht in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schlosses Wolfenbüttel und befand sich ursprünglich innerhalb des Festungsringes der „Dammfestung“. Das Zeughaus ist heute ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Architekturensembles des Wolfenbütteler Schlossplatzes und gilt als einer der größten Renaissancebauten Norddeutschlands.

The Crazy Tuesday theme for 1/17 is measuring and/or measuring instruments. A gazillion years ago I used to videotape memorable events and I designed a business card with this teddy logo. Found a place online that would turn designs into watches- cool huh?

Meet gorgeous Teddy, he is our neighbours' Ana & Steve's 9 month cockapoo. I joined them on a walk to the bluebell woods today where we met his best buddy Eddy, I shall post a pic of them both later.
Bruno keeps an eye out for Bigfoot, but there is no ocean to be seen far and wide. He has stolen the spyglass from his guard because he cannot wait for Peter and Oleg to rescue him....
BRUNO: "I left the house at half past four in the morning to go for a drive with my friends and now this... I have hitchhikers to ignore [concentrates on straight ahead].... Sorry bear friends, I'm taking a detour! [turns back to hitchhiker]"

Teddy bears watching out from a house window on a residential street near the cathedral quarter in Lichfield, Staffordshire
Seen in a friend's yard sale. I already have too many Teddy Bears, so I just took photos. More to come in future weeks. HTBT!
Sara Teddy Bear is part of the Treasured Teddies collection produced in 1991. The complete collection was given to me many years ago. The collection will eventually go to an animal charity. Until I get around to donating them they will come in handy for a photo or two.

Actually, I don't think it's such a good idea what we're doing. The bouquet belongs to Mummy Marian.
PETER:
There are still enough flowers, she doesn't notice Oleg and it's for a good cause.
OLEG:
By the way...who is that special person Peter?
PETER;
It's (whispering in Oleg's ear) Je...psss..psssss, because....psss.

Helianthus, Annual Sunflower, Common Sunflower 'Teddy Bear'
The puffy head of this pretty flower gives it the name Teddy Bear Sunflower.
The plant is an annual, sown from seed each year in the spring. Helianthus annuus is the botanical name.
Kids really love this Teddy Bear sunflower. This unusual member of the sunflower family is unlike regular types. It has cuddly-looking, 4-5 inch fully-doubled yellow flowers that are held up on sturdy dwarf plants 2 1/2-3 feet tall.
What could make Bruno happier than having tea with bearish friends like Alex - and sharing chocolate with him?
