The third annual Informational Technology Showcase featured information about existing library and technology resources available at Loyola University Chicago. The Department of Information Technology was established in 2006, under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. The department has excellent infrastructural facilities to provide quality education in the areas of Information Technology. The faculty members seek to establish, maintain and advance a broad understanding of Computer Science in order to fulfil their academic and professional goals.

Tulsa Technology Center in Oklahoma provides PLTW programs at select comprehensive high schools and the Tulsa Pre-Engineering Academy. Efforts have paid off with 98 percent of students surveyed expressing interest in studying STEM fields in college. Retention has also been high with an overall retention rate of 85 percent.

The third TEDxHyderabadSalon on the theme of Technology & Innovation was held on June 5th, 2016. The salon focused on the topics of empowering NGOs with Technology solutions, Innovation for transforming the City and Technology connect for the Last Mile.
The "X" Bus moved around iconic locations around Hyderabad beginning with T-Hub, IIT Hyderabad and culminating the journey at Microsoft India Development Center.
