💵การบริจาคไม่ใช่สิ่งยั่งยืน
ข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณและกำลังคน ในการดูแลพื้นที่ป่าขนาดใหญ่ของเชียงใหม่ ส่งผลให้ทุกครั้งที่ 'เกิด' ไฟป่า เราจะเห็นการระดมทุนขอรับบริจาคเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครที่เกี่ยวข้อง แต่ในหลายๆครั้ง เงินและปัจจัยสนับสนุนอาจมาช้าไม่ทันการ ทีม ม้งม้ง จึงมุ่งเป้าไปที่การสร้างโมเดลรายได้ จากการสร้างมูลค่าเศษวัสดุทางการเกษตร เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนเตรียมการดูแลและจัดการไฟป่า
🔥ไฟป่าไม่ใช่งานอีเวนต์
โครงการ ม้งม้ง เป็นการนำเศษใบไม้จากการปลูกกาแฟ และอโวคาโดของชาวม้งแม่สาใหม่ มาใช้ผลิตเครื่องดื่ม KOMBUCHA เพื่อสร้างโมเดลรายได้สนับสนุนการทำแนวกันไฟในพื้นที่ ตลอดจนค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนกรมธรรม์คุ้มครองประกันภัยและอุบัติเหตุของเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครที่เกี่ยวข้อง
🍃ว่าด้วยเรื่องของใบ
KOMBUCHA ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้ใบชาเป็นหลัก แต่ในปัจจุบันมีการประยุกต์นำใบกาแฟมาใช้ เพราะนอกจากจะมีคาเฟอีนแล้ว ยังมีสารต้านอนุมูลอิสระ ช่วยต้านสารพิษที่เกิดจากภายในและภายนอกร่างกาย ส่งผลให้ KOMBUCHA จากใบกาแฟสร้างกระแส KOMBUCHA ให้กลับมาเป็นที่นิยมในช่วงปีที่ผ่านมา
ในขณะที่ใบอโวคาโด กำลังได้รับความสนใจในต่างประเทศเนื่องจากมีธาตุเหล็ก และแคลเซียม แต่ยังไม่มีการนำใบใช้ทำ KOMBUCHA จึงอาจกล่าวได้ว่า ม้งม้ง เป็นรายแรกที่นำใบอโวคาโดมาใช้

กิจกรรม THE REGENERATIVE FUTURE ห้องทดลองเยาวชนแห่งอนาคต เป็นกิจกรรมออกแบบเชิงปฏิบัติการ ที่เปิดให้เยาวชน อายุ 14-17 ปี เข้าร่วมเป็นกำลังขับเคลื่อนแก้ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและสังคม โดยผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้รับการสนับสนุนค่าเดินทางและที่พัก เพื่อลงพื้นที่พบทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการไฟป่า ที่แม่สา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีประยุกต์ร่วมกับโดรน เพื่อช่วยงานในช่วงภัยพิบัติ ระหว่างเดือนมีนาคมถึงพฤษภาคม 2567 ที่ FabCafe Bangkok และ DJI
