You can say that my home can be categorized as a small herb garden with the theme of eco-therapy. Not only that it's able to provide a small little green patch for calming effect, but the varieties of herb plants have all been planted before at my home by my father and all have been flourishing with abundance of blooms and produce.
With the hyperactivity of the work environement thaty I have been exposed for so many years, it's time to stop and smell the roses or to be exact - "roselle".

Uses :
Roselle has been used in folk medicine as a diuretic and treatment for cardiac and nerve diseases and cancer.
How To Prepare Roselle Drink :
1. Pluck the ripe fruits
2. Wash them until clean
3. Cut into small pieces
4. Put in a pot
6. Boil
