An older pic, where I toyed around with the TBR-8 design some more. Here you see it in Desert and Jungle color schemes, as well as an Assault Variant featuring a receiver that accepts box magazines.

Tube fed rifle. Heavily inspired by Badger's works.

That's right! The TBR is back with a vengeance!

Bigger, stronger, more reliable, and deadlier than ever, the 590H features a detachable tubular magazine for quick reloads in combat.

This is the TBR 2. Designed specifically for the USMC fighting in China in 2026. It's compact bullpup design made it easy to carry through the urban environments they fought in. After complaints about the reload system, it was redesigned and sent back out. The TBR was given huge praise by the USMC after the war was won in 2029.

This is my first venture into more futuristic looking weapons. Comments plox. :D

I took note of FlyingLazerBeamWalrus' advice on changing the handguards, and I'm pretty happy with the results.

It's barely the middle of January and I already have four books in my "To Be Read" pile!

In last few months been buying books faster than I can read them so my old TBR shelf is now 2 and bit shelves. The extra bit had to be added into this composite at the bottom. Also been getting rid of books even faster either to Oxfam or sold second-hand (mostly to Leakeys in Inverness). I'd actually prefer another charity rather than the wretched Oxfam but Oxfam seem to have a monopoly of the book recycling bins at the supermarket carparks (Holm, Inshes, Inverness Retail Park). I don't read in any particular order so some of these books have been languishing in TBR for well over a year. The things on the bottom left are just boxes of postcards
