This lightly pan fried Nonya delicacy was out of this world man. I was blown away when I took a bite of this yellow kueh. It was still warm despite them laid out on the metal trays. The consistency of the bite was just nice; a little chewy just tasting the little strips of tapioca in it. Fresh! And it was not cloying sweet like the other versions I I tried all my life. Hooked. A pity we could not bring some back, as they could spoil on the journey home.
