I'd had tapioca before but definitely not tapioca in the Brazilian sense, which was almost like a mix between a taco and a crêpe. The tapioca part, which was chewy and soft, contained fillings. I believe this was cheese and tomato. It was enjoyable but I didn't find it to be something I'd be craving in the future.

the tapioca were steamed and cooked using wood.
You can see the ones i liked most and the ones i hated by how much i was willing to taste. Also some i couldn't tell if it was sour or bitter so i kept munching, then the aftertaste killed me! Pleasant at first, yuck after. Ew ew ew. I want to start a page on Tapioca starch hating. It tastes like millipede marinated in ocean water.
