Chef Special Tapas at Mimosa in Kilkenny. There's a lot left on the plate, and a lot more gone at the same time. Missing are some salama, parma ham and a few small meats.
Included are tiger prawns, chicken wings, spicy chorizo, some sauces, pate with bacon, smoked salmon and more for around 12 quid
We had tapas at "La taza de Cafe" in Oakland. Next time we'll try to sit upstairs where they had flamenco dancers.

Després de les més de 75.000 tapes venudes en l’edició 2014, l'Associació de Gastronomia i Turisme del Baix Llobregat (AGT) segueix apostant pel producte de proximitat del Prat i el Baix Llobregat. La millor excusa: coronar el QuintoTapa amb el Pota Blava, per convertir aquest producte en protagonista de la restauració de qualitat i difondre les seves virtuts gastronòmiques.
En aquesta edició, la sisena, els restaurants participants han rebut l’assessorament de l’AGT, convertint-la en la de més qualitat gastronòmica feta fins ara.
