A lovely afternoon out in the colorful Portovenere with my boyfriend. This is a classic view, I know; but it was new to me so here's my postcard version of the most famous part of Portovenere.
I'm not sure why but when I looked at this pier it gave a feeling of loneliness and so I had to follow that emotion in the edit.... the funny thing is that there were a lot of people on it so it didn't lack company... but still, that's the feeling it got to me..

This is one of the most famous piazzas in my town Lucca. It's situated almost at the heart of the city and this beautiful church sits on it.

WANNABE WARMER WEDNESDAY #10
The weather has been up and down all month. One day it snows, one day it's 50 and everything has melted and the next day it snows again. My biggest complaint of winter is that the mounds of snow get so ugly/black/dirty and then take FOREVER to melt in the spring. Luckily this is not the case this year ... at least so far :)
I have a few minutes to comment tonight and then we have to leave for a while. I KNOW I'll be back tomorrow to finish because it will be all snowy and cold in the morning ♥
