Day 189: This has won out for my 365 today...I like my pose better here than in #1. I'd write more, but I've been doing laundry for almost three hours and I'm still not done...I hate, hate, hate repetitive tasks...they irritate me :P

If you once followed me on Flickr, this image might ring a bell for you...or not. It's part of a small series of paintings revisiting the very first photographs I took when I arrived in France, 3 and a half years ago.
Very soon I'll be leaving Europe to return to my country. I posted a sort of "good bye" letter on my blog, reflecting on all the good things that happened to me (personally and professionally) while living here. Along with that I posted the complete painting series. Check it out.

This is for the Half Nekkid Thursdays group and it's my first ever "skin" photo. AAHHH!!! What am I thinking? You don't post a picture of your stomach when you just had a baby.... well a year ago is JUST when it's your second kid and you're in your 30's! But hey, what the hell.... It's Thursday (and all the other kids are doing it Mom).
Anyway, I have been working out (New Year's Resolution) so I have gained some confidence and lost some weight. However, this is about as "Half Nekkid" as I'm gonna get!!
