Vis-a-Vis rig in the "Viewmaster" mode. Use an angled mirror to reflect display of the PDA or TabletPC up into the viewer's eye. The PDA or TabletPC is held horizontal so that one is holding the rig like a binocular (or like a Viewmaster).
With the passing of Marc Orchant on the 9th of December 2007 we lost one of the good one's :(
Marc was a well known blogger, podcaster and TabletPC fan who i had the honour of working with on a show at The Podcast Network and whom i also got to spend time with at the Microsoft Search Champs V2 event in Seattle in April of 2005. This photo of Marc (on the right) and myself was taken in Seattle during Search Champs V2.
Condolences to his family…and to all that knew him, read his blogs or listened to his podcats over the years he will no doubt be remembered fondly as not only a great and extremely intelligent guy but also as a really nice guy…i know i will.

Tablets were there in the historic period, and modern Tablets came before the start of 20th century. The Stylator, Electronic Tablet with Pen came as early as 1957.

Got Windows 7 Family Pack (3x Home Premium) to upgrade my Fujitsu Lifebook U820, Vicky's HP tc4400, and one additional desktop or workstation. Once everyone is upgraded to Home Premium, we can do an "Anytime Upgrade" to Windows 7 Professional for less...
