The Kenworth T680 is a popular truck among Dart Transit Company's owner-operators and company drivers with more than 300 of the trucks in the company's fleet. Kenworth TruckTech+ has contributed to even greater driver satisfaction with the T680 through improved uptime and fewer tows. According to Paul Mages, the lead on the company's efficiency team, email alerts notifying drivers when they need to conduct exhaust re-generations have been the biggest contributor to the improved uptime.
for Budd Van Lines out of Somerset, NJ The design is called Load It Once, and it is patented by Budd Van Lines and built by Kentucky Trailer. It eliminates repetitive unloading and reloading by allowing the 28" containers to be removed and placed in storage. When they are ready to go they are mounted back on the chassis. The trailer connects via a 5th wheel mounted underneath the front chassis for easy attaching.
