Despite feeling under the weather most of this past week, I managed to get down to The Rebel Lounge (@therebelphx ) and catch one hell of a Neon Drive (@neondriveaz ) show, with the likes of @lazerpunk and @shredder_1984! Berlin-based music producer and sound engineer Thomas Geiger who worked with international acts like Blind Guardian, Helloween, Gotthard, Saxon and Hammerfall - to name a few - remixed three DIAMOND KOBRA tracks from the latest album "Return of the Starbeast" feat. Chris Amott (Dark Tranquility), Phil Soussan (Ex- Ozzy Osbourne, now Last in Line) and Joey Concepcion (ex-Sanctuary).
The songs got some extra punches and dynamics, even they already kicked hard on the album. Pure instrumental and atmospheric science-fiction Darksynth filmmusic with a Progressive Metal twist.
