A friend of mine checks the surf at the famous long left-hand waves of Chicama in the North of Peru.
A local boy sits on a bench and watches the surf in Chicama in the North of Peru. With the right conditions, and on a big swell Chicama has some of the longest left hand waves in the World.

Myself and herself on Castlegregory Beach in County Kerry - Ireland, waiting for the wind to turn the direction it was meant to be blowing. Waiting for favourable offshore winds in Ireland seems to constitute 95% of the Emerald Isle surfing experience. It turned eventually.
