REM SUPPLIER in Aberdeen Harbour, NE Scotland

2 minutes before the pier was touched

A5, Raststätte Taunusblick, 65760 Eschborn, Deutschland

Seen in one of the inner courtyards of the old police station (Altes Polizeipräsidium) in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

When I saw this old Volvo truck, I knew I wanted to do something with it. I have long studied how the loading area could be "meaningful" filled. Suddenly it was clear to me, the Orbs must have come from somewhere, which can be seen on Lightpainting pictures all the time ;-) And the idea took its course... "the orb supplier" / together with Daniel

IMO 9732711 - Built 2016

Utility Vessel built - 26m X 11m

I had some interesting companions at the breakfast table at Oued Laou Souq.

Went on a photowalk yesterday with my friends Guy and Wasim. Took to the back streets around Balestier and stumbled upon this traditional Singaporean bakery. Inside and outside were loafs of white bread stacked up and ready to ship out to kopitiams around Singapore. I asked one of the staff if I could look around inside and she said that they are one of the main suppliers of bread to Ya Kun Kaya Toast, a famous coffee shop chain.

Also took my Voigtlander 20mm f3.5 out again after sitting in my dry cabinet for a while. Keep forgetting how excellent this little lens is. It's small, super compact, and beautifully built of solid metal with a super smooth focal ring.

Unpolished pictures taken with Canon AF35 ML, 40 mm 1:1.9. Fuji Neopan 100 Acros II 135-36.

Nobody ever asks what happens to the kids that come home from Iraq and Afghanistan. The Sandbox, and Stanland. We trained an entire generation of kids to become killers. Then we took those kids and sent them through special operations training. Green Berets, SEALs, Scout Snipers, Delta. They did their time and they came home to a grateful nation. But what do you do with all these skills, and free time? Easy. You move to laguna and start a dope business. You can deal with any reprucusions however you need to. You've snuck back the firepower, and anything you didn't smuggle back you can buy from the cartels a short drive away in Baja.

From L to R -

MJ - Doc's high school sweetheart, and Adrenaline Junkie. She's always been up for something new and dangerous, even if it's illegal. Ever since she was a little kid she's been getting in trouble for stuff like this. Started burning in 8th grade, her parents either didn't notice or didn't care. Got caught up with Doc in high school who mellowed her more than the best bud in OC, but there's no escaping the game.

Quick - Former SEAL sniper, Quick spent most of his time running HVT raids in Stanland helping to dismantle the Al-Queda terror network and the Taliban. After a stint as a sniper, Quick wanted to try being an assaulter. After a few months at the green house, he was cleared for it. During his time as an assaulter, Quick rose up to the occasion after his team leader was killed by an AQ sniper. Ran the team for the remaining 6 months of their deployment out there. Can hit the flea on a dog's ass at 2300 yards.

Doc - Doc never had a problem with authority. He didn't bother them, and in return they didn't bother him. Because Doc might be a little crazy. Doc was the medic in Quick's SEAL team, dashing around under fire patching up those who were wounded. IED hits your convoy when moving from one base to another and there's a lot of dead or dying people around. Couple that with automatic weapons pinning down the survivors and RPG fire flying around willy nilly, it's amazing that Doc isn't the one that needed patching up.

Sasquatch - Sasquatch has big feet. And when the last thing you ever see is a size 13 combat boot smashing down, you might start to dig his nickname too. Or your own grave if you had time beforehand. Sasquatch and Doc were childhood friends, they did everything together. Everything except enlist in the same branch. Doc went Navy, Sasquatch went Army. Sasquatch then went through RASP, earned his Ranger tab and was on his way through the ranks. That wasn't enough though. RASP was too easy. Green Beret school must've been where it's really at right? Nope. Easy as pie for Sasquatch. He applied for Delta after a tour in the Sandbox with the Green Berets and was accepted. As part of the team that hunted down Sadam Hussein himself, Sasquatch has a lot on his CSV. Was even thinking about joining up with The Company for a spell, until Doc reached out to him about their idea. He was in.

Molly - You might think her name is a play on the drug molly. But truth is this Molly came first. She was around when a group of bikers came across a recipe for a purer strain of E. Since she was hanging with them at the time (they were some chill dudes she says) they let her name it. She wanted to call it Water (because you get so thirsty from the grooving. She even called the lab the Dehydration station.) They decided on Molly instead.

~I might be reading too many books on cartels and drug related gangs the past few weeks. Also I'm on vacation from work, so maybe this week I'll actually get around to going back outside for some pictures
