Saw my favourite superfuntime Glasgow band 1990s at the Bullingdon Cowley road with pals Dan, Elika, Fiona and Marc. We were part of a drunken and appreciative crowd of about 20 people. The band were drinking in the goblin next ot us prior to the gig and would probably have been as drunk as us had they not had to stop to play the instruments. They rocked and were real tight with a nice singing drummer.

Elika was able do her magic to get this fantastic tribute to us from the band's guitarist-cum-singer Jackie.

Cheers 1990s! Now hurry up and get more famous so people other than me will be impressed by this.

This project is over, but I'm not ready to leave!

I feel like I'm breaking up with someone today... I have all these thoughts of "things we havent done yet"... ideas I wanted to try, photos I had in my mind that I never executed. And without 365, will I ever do them?

Either way... I'm so thankful that I took a chance and joined this project. I've said it before, but I'm not an artsy person, and never considered myself creative. This project forced me to at least TRY to get a tiny bit creative for 5 minutes a day (ok more like 35). I'm still no pro, and I still envy the mad skillz of everyone I've met here, but hey, that's ok with me. I grew a little, and that's something. I learned from you guys. And I occassionally came up with some good shit myself. And occasionally I took some risks. And many times I had great fun just for the sake of my daily pic.

So hey, thanks guys... for being supportive of a little sprout like me. For stopping by, for giggling at my goofiness, and for giving me something to aspire to.

Anyway... I dont know which of these photo's I'll pick, or if I'll go run out and do one more before the night is over. But this has been superfuntimes. Thanks Rachel for the crazy idea.

Ya might see me back in 2008. But first I need a little metaphorical nap!

See, 'cause of the various berry shades I'm wearing? see, see? OK fine.

Anyway, I took a stroll with my sweetheart and the kid. Patted baby goats. Had superfuntimes.

Suede jacket - thrifted

Purple scarf - Penneys

Denim shirtdress - friended (tagless) It kind of feels like a retro 80's minivan-driving-soccer-mom-uniform but in an awesome way?,

Belt - H&M

Tights - Penneys

Boots - Duo

The best place on earth! :-)

Hey, this could become a regular feature. Every day I could post about something that drives me to drink. (Just kidding, mom!)

Anyway, today's superfuntime was had at the hands of a page containing 75 mugs of area valedictorians, which I had to plot out in a way that won't make a reader's eyeballs vomit. Enjoy your overachieving victory, 2008 valedictorians, because I've been cursing the everloving fool out of you all day long and I swear if I ever see any of you, I will kick you in the shin.

Lucas Ablea pulled apart his Vinyl Arcade today, and gathered people together to make a construction out of milk crates.

Still Crazy. Steve, Patrick Robinson and myself had a habit of bringing our mobile disco unit out for Golden Gate Park superfuntimes. If you were there, you probably experienced the three of us playing records, tasty BBQ delights, kickball sessions galore, and last but not least "Grand Shlockmah Bocce Challenges!"

i've never seen a minty kinder egg before! always orange or yellow.

this is like a sign from god: i've been wanting to learn how to play guitar and look! my kinder egg had a guitar toy in it.

Today myself, Sarah and Jerrod drove down to Huntington, IN to watch my dad's band, "The Jones" lay a gig in Marion. It was a super fun time.

Included in the days events were the following: the belief that Jerrod had died (he merely overslept), many mixed CDs, many car sing alongs and dances (as seen here), a visit with my mum and dad at home (including the most ridiculous video of me ever), a lunch at BK! (which I was way too excited about), a kick ass concert, some good photo taking time, countless dances with the kids, an egg shaker to keep, a brief run-in with the police (just a warning) and a chocolate pudding pie to wash it all down.

All in all, a super fun day. Can't wait for the next one!

HSAD Television & Film Design Degree Show Fundraiser

With sbittner as inspiration, I braved my fear of taking pictures of random people. This kind (and SUPER talented) conductor allowed us to lean in close, hover around, sneak up under and shoot over top of him. Not distracted by our cameras, he kept the crowd entertained and the kidlets-a-dancin' for over an hour.

My dad's band...they are amazing.

this is just good for the noises darren and tom make

Chicken tenders, chicken wings, fries, onion petals, fried cauliflower, fried mushrooms, mozzarella sticks. All of this for just $11. Awesome.

Another first for me....see-saws. Yeah, those things are f**king scary. We did this at a gas station beside Highway 30. It was awesome and we made Jerrod capture it on film whilst pumping gas.

It's amazing we didn't all have heart attacks on the car ride home. We also had two tenderloins between the three of us before this basket of death. Awesome.

Happy kids on the way from H-town to Marion for the show.

Near the beginning of the trip.

My dad's band...they are amazing. The guy singing is not in the band...he just sang Mustang Sally with them. Earlier in the night he made me dance with him. He had a full night of activity.

20 pence a game....amazing

Jerrod, myself and Sarah. We were super sweaty, but happy.

My dad's band...they are amazing. Here he is on the harp. He sings, plays drums, percussion, harmonica and has an awesome daughter...is there no end to his talents?

are closer than they appear. I liked the grain silos.

Not as funny as the one had at lunch, but pretty entertaining nonetheless. Taken by Jerrod.

Sonrisa and I took Field to see Iron Man 2 last night with our pals. After the (super awesome!) movie, we grabbed a bite at Denny's. Superfuntimes.

Video of Field playing before and after the movie here:
