A vintage Nikkor 50 mm - f/1.4 lens was reverse-mounted on the camera using a reversal ring. The aperture was set to f/1.4.

A second brood male adonis blue butterfly catching some rays of sunshine as the sun broke through the clouds at Swelshill Bank in Stroud last week.

The "Walberla" is an ancient magic hill in central Franconia and hosts the eldet sprig celebration of Germany.
The St. Walpurgis festival is held in May and the same named chapel the center of that event. Always worth to visit.

Drake Long-tailed at the Barnegat Jetty
I spent President's Day at the jetty. Warm weather and cooperative ducks made for a fun day.
It's a lot sharper viewed large.
Daisies and bellflowers are bathed in the soft, warm light of the evening sun. I love this light and its gentleness. Summer is at its most beautiful right now.
