Oh, the river rise
And it's a mile high
Is this worth tryin'
Is this worth tryin'
'Cause I could fall
Like a tear
Well, there's nothing else I can do...

"White on white where the memory wanders
Under the houses, an ocean arrives
I'm running back time to the edge of the water
Flickering songs alight
I could live twice
If I could see you alive and unfrozen
I would"

It was late at night
You held on tight
From an empty seat
A flash of light
It will take a while
To make you smile
Somewhere in these eyes
I'm on your side
You wide-eyed girls
You get it right
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Tender is the night
For a broken heart
Who will dry your eyes
When it falls apart?
What makes this fragile world go 'round?
Were you ever lost?
Was she ever found?
Somewhere in these eyes
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into place
Fall back into
One of my favorite songs from late 2015, the vibe of this song can be seen when the hair on my arms and the back of my neck stands up.

this week mark's the 25th anniversary of Soundgarden's amazing album Superunknown and so keeping with the old school theme thought i'd pay tribute to the album by going a little grunge for my old school throwback

It was actually Dan Boekner's birthday yesterday but I felt sick yesterday morning, ended up sleeping through most of my work day (and a blizzard) for a total of 12 1/2 hours. This Chicago winter is killing me.
Anyhow, here's some links to some music. Dan Boekner is always extremely passionate and talented! He's also amazing to witness in any band live!
Ok, some links if you aren't familiar with these bands:

Isabel sporting another popular look for the fest, an unlit cigarette. Lighters and matches were scarce so one had to be creative with what do to with one of these. Good work dahlink. Now KEEP it unlit you precious juvey!
