We've had a few days of blissful sunshine, but as you can see some of my preferred bike trails are still blocked by our usual late winter floods. I enjoy visits to the flood plains though as they often attract lots of birds.

A beautiful animal - the white spotted jellyfish. I could watch them for hours while they are floating in the water. Such fascinating animals

In case you're wondering what this is......I have a Christmas Decoration that is filled with water and these little tiny Christmas presents. A pump keeps the water moving and turning different colors. So, instead of wrapping Christmas presents, I spent at least an hour trying to get a photo of this action only to fail miserably. This is the only one that came out half decent!!! I think I'm losing my mind!!!!! ;-)
This beautiful coloured seahorse seems to be dusted with some glitter. What an amazing animal...
