Libyan Air Cargo L100-30 Hercules 5A-DOO has been parked up at Kuala Lumpur, Subang for some time and is unlikely to be going anywhere anytime soon.
Another shot at the lake taken at 7.18pm. This is not HDR but wanted to. I did not add nor subtract any colours in this picture. I only enhanced all those colours present from the RAW file. Also adjusted for wide-angle lens distortion.

Dedicated to the old man sitting there looking at this sunset. I don't know him.
This was created with that feelings in mind. Golden Memories!
Do not read the true story if you do not want to cry (in my comment box)
Yesterday, I saw a great opportunity to shoot a sunset, so I checked the Google Earth and spotted a nearby lake. Purposely chose a spot where the two palm trees created a natural frame and shot this one.
For your information, this is also a very romantic place for newlyweds to shoot their wedding fotos.
Taken in Subang Jaya @ 7.09pm.

I was on my way home today when suddenly i saw the sun was so bright although the time shown 7.oopm. I rush to my house, grab my camera and tripod and wish that i could take the full sun shot during sunset..... time goes very fast and by the time i ready for the shot the sun has already hiding behind the clouds...... i decided to take the reflection of the sunlight at the clouds....... and this is the result.. :o)
Wishing a great day to all my Flickr friends!!!

Some people may prefer the golden hour, so I've also uploaded this one if you are one of them.
Because the golden light of the sun is so intense, it will only bring out the yellows and reds.
Some people may convert this photo to B&W or sepia due to this reason.
The reflections on the water would be sharper because of faster shutter speed.
This was actually my first time disembarking at this particular station since the Kelana Jaya-Putra Heights line was extended to the network in 2016. The extension work started way back in 2006 and cost a staggering RM1.7 billion (approximately US$403m) only for the first phase of the project.
Although I have been riding the MyRapid LRT (Light Rapid Transit) since 1998, when it was originally known as the Putra LRT, I had no reason to travel southbound on the train until this day, which was to visit the Canon service center to send my lenses for minor repairs.
While it was possible to drive to the service center, it was a hassle having to go through a big loop with roads in poor condition just to get to the UOA Business Towers where the Canon headquarters are located.
I was back in Malaysia during the summer break for about six weeks (that explains much of my silence). I didn't take a lot of pictures while i was in Malaysia cause i was busy doing other stuffs and catching up with all my friends but here is one of the few shots i did take. This was taken during sunset and to my surprise, the haze (the haze was terrible during that period of time) did help in achieving the pinkish colour in the skies. I think the thick haze prevented the sun rays from piercing through thus leaving a smoky pinkish tinge. Ive already processed the star trails as i mentioned in my previous post, however it didnt came out to my liking, so i guess i will not post it on flickr.
Yes, i purposely frame the shot to be not centered. I do have a centered version but i chose to upload this instead. Blue hour shot is next in my to-be-processed-list
