Looking past my studio into the laundry area of the basement. Things are floating everywhere. Floating in SEWAGE. not just soaked ,not just ruined, but in extremely unhealthy/ unsafe sewage water...I don't WANT to clean or fix, or rescue the majority of this.
I would laugh if I wasn't so close to crying/ screaming....I am the artist who works with trash, and recyles what everyyone ELSE trows out....but all this...my life, my world, my art....I will have to throw it all out...and I am HELPLESS.
Self portrait with Fuji instant film, and a Mamiya RB 67 Pro SD. Taken in Revolver Studios, Portland, Oregon during some sessions for our new record.

On October 10, 2014, the Museum hosted a members and sponsors preview event for the opening of “XOXO: An Exhibit About Love & Forgiveness.”
“XOXO” is an exhibit where families can come together in a place that fosters conversations and interactive experiences that bring love and forgiveness to the forefront of families’ minds.
“XOXO” was created by Children's Museum of Pittsburgh with support from The Fetzer Institute. DuPage Children’s Museum is the first museum to host the traveling exhibit after its first installation at Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh.

This photo actually makes both her Mum and I smile because it sums up the shoot. Sal wouldn't sit on the grey paper (hence his absence), Clem had a cold and really wasn't keen for Christmas posing and Otis the faithful friend was so obsessed with getting biscuits he was like a statue. I love my job!
Studio portrait. Main light on left, fill from right and a little behind subject, reflector held by model to fill in some of the deeper shadows on his face.
My first twins! They were tough, I was there for a few hours and they resisted sleep almost the whole time. I got a few good ones so overall I'm happy with it being my first newborn twin session.
Alice at GPG.
My first time in a studio environment.
Big thanks to Alice the model, and to Rip Williams for hosting the group. I enjoyed meeting everyone.

Processed in Adobe Photoshop for a 300-ish look. Not quite what I was going for, but it works for me. :)
Thanks for looking everyone.

S7 - Calrec desk, now very worn, PPMs are off, Group 1 not working, etc.
This studio had an AKG analogue spring reverb. The wooden box that housed the spring was tucked away in a small store cupboard (in the lobby between cubicle and studio) and connected to the desk where there were 2 controls to adjust your reverb. One for reverb time, the other for decay.
