The ribbon-cutting ceremony for "The Enolia" took place on Thursday, July 24, 2025, to celebrate the completion of a new off-campus housing project. This development, located at 4529 Harford Road in Baltimore, MD, features 151 units and provides 473 beds. Situated less than one mile from Morgan State University's main campus, this project marks the first privately built off-campus housing for Morgan students in over 20 years.
The Enolia is named in honor of Enolia Pettigen McMillan, a Baltimore civil rights icon who made significant contributions to the desegregation of Maryland schools and the advancement of African Americans in both education and activism.
