Look what Heather made for me! Isn't it just adorable. Red + Aqua + Gnomes = perfect. I've loved Gnomes ever since I was a small girl. My dear old Nan had a menagerie of them in her garden. And then reading 'The Hobbit' as a teenager enhanced my affection.

A detail of one of the studded doors to the Landesmuseum (state museum) in Darmstadt Germany. Very heavy and slightly worn.

Working on developing my fighter builds in stud.io. The cockpit box is largely based on a Peter Morris design, which I used as a springboard for the rest of the build.
The keeper contains the same pieces as the Back braces except:
-1 Pin Connector size 6
-1 Grey Liftarm 1 x 3 Thick
-1 Black Technic Pin
-1 Black Axle connector
+1 Blue Axle Pin
The silver studded are just starting to emerge in the forest. This one stayed still for a few seconds whilst I took his photo. Alas with the dull and wet weather it may be a while before i am able to try again.
Taken Slop Bog, Ferndown, Dorset. This small nature reserve has boundaries with the Ferndown bypass and a residential area, however, it is an oasis for the Siver-Studded Blue. I paid an early visit to this site which is almost on my doorstep, as with most butterflies this year they had emerged earlier than usual. A beautifully marked butterfly that can be found on low lying heathland throughout Dorset .
