For once this November day wasn't foggy, and it was Saturday. Little joys in this second lockdown period and five days after the paralysing terrorist attack in downtown Vienna...

On my daily walks, I encounter a lot of families and strollers. Today, I encountered a stroller full of Pomeranians. These two are likely quite used to cameras, as they mostly ignored my taking of a pic. Instead, they were fascinated by the passing runners and bikers, and couldn’t stop watching them.

unpretentious ...

the young Swiss mother, obscured by the stroller, remains annoym, just sat down on the street to devote herself to the baby and the stroller, but within a beautiful museum mile ...

This scene could be saying "we are all quietly moving into 2025, as we say good bye to 2024." These days of transition have a special quality to them, not just because of the season, but because we are "hanging in the balance" it seems.

I got lucky on a recent visit to the city. I was able to enjoy a few hours' hiking and take some iPhone shots on what turned out to be a calm, luminous winter afternoon. Love walking along the beautiful paths at Land's End in the Northwest corner of San Francisco. The low winter sun was streaming through the grand cypress stands as a mother and father walked their baby along in a stroller, on a peaceful afternoon just before Christmas and Hanukkah.

Cleaning the trailer (or the floor?)

We've been very blessed with some glorious fall weather lately. This was yesterday when we first went to the park and then took a long stroll through the surrounding neighborhoods on our way to the market, marveling at the change of colors. As many of you have suggested last week, we stopped and had some more ice cream and this time, Misty knew right away that it was for her!

I think I'm going to treasure this picture...for the memory of us laughing so much and just having a wonderful time together without worrying about the future.☺️

A nearby house is about to be demolished making way for 2 new ones and all kinds of fun neato stuff was left behind to be had. This stroller being one of several items I was able to get my hands on.

Now i need to get my hands on a scary faced doll to liven it up a little... lol
