It is an uncommon Hummingbird of the Highlands of Costa Rica.

When we went to visit a local Animal shelter (called Noa's Ark), I noticed this guy in an area that's not open for public view. I don't know if he is somebody's pet or they just brought him in recently. Anyway, I usually don't see Zebra with harness :-p

I used Gimp 2.6

That's a zebra from above. Amazing sight, isn't it?
