I've seen an A380 take off, but it's not as amazing as a 747-400. Plus, the 744 is a loooooooooud plane. It's great.

This is using my favorite strainer, a chinoise, which strains stock incredibly easily. I even have a big pestle for it if I want to press things through, though I just let this one strain on its own.
If I'd cared more about little particles of vegetables I could have lined it with cheesecloth, but I don't mind this stock being "full bodied."
