The Story Bridge in a captivating shade of red!

I think it looks good in black and white too!!

A historic photo of this part of Brisbane in March 2016 given the redevelopment (into restaurants and bars) under the left bridge pillar and its immediate surrounds.

The Story Bridge lit in beautiful red ❤

I haven't been to this vantage point for a while. I couldn't resist visiting this vantage point again on this given evening, because the bridge was lit in beautiful red ❤

The bridge in full and lit in beautiful green 💚

On this given evening, it was a cloudless night.

The northern side of the Story Bridge in beautiful red!

Once again, I tried a different vantage point! I think it looks ok.

Chancellor - Walking In The Rain

www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyX5XodD0rg

I hope these tears will stop someday

Someday I will collect this fisherman

The warm sunlight will dry these tears, my tired face

Feeling tired little by little

I want to throw it all away, I'm tired of my old dreams

than have

I have too many things that I lack

every time you feel

My legs are losing strength, so they won't give me

I hope these tears will stop someday

Someday I will clear this darkness

I hope the sad sunshine will dry these tears

My friend comforting me saying that it will be okay

Every day makes me a little afraid

I say believe in me, but I can't believe it

Now I don't know how long I can last

If you wait, it will come someday

As the sun rises even when the night passes

Even my aching heart will be healed someday

help me now

Heaven help me please

overcome by myself

Zashimi is disappearing more and more

Someday (someday) I hope these tears will stop

Someday, this darkness will be lifted

I hope the warm (warm) sunshine will dry these tears

(Please dry these tears)

If you wait, it will come someday (Someday, someday..)

Even when the night goes down, just like the sun rises (as the sun rises)

Even my aching heart will get better someday

(Everything will get better someday)

someday...

someday...

Traveling is quite limited in these days, time to check the old files. Today I picked a shot from one of my business trips to Gent, Belgium. Wonderful atmosphere, I enjoyed my stay deeply.

I want to clarify that the photos are not chronological. It wasn't meant to be one single story but multiple stories. However, if you want to use your imagination to fill the gaps to make a coherent story, by all means :).

Symbiose admirable entre ces arbres et ces roches qui s'unissent pour vous livrer ce décor merveilleux!

Initially, the village church of Pierreclos was next to the castle. You can still see it today: a beautiful Romanesque tower dating from the 12th century, within the walls of the castle (on the left of the castle on the photo) . This is all that remains of the original church, as its nave was burnt down during the Wars of Religion in the 16th century. When the village was built at the foot of the hill on which the castle lays, the villagers wanted to have their own church in the village. The Romanesque tower within the castle walls then became a private chapel. The current church of the village was erected between 1771 and 1779, It replaced a first church closed in 1735 which threatened to collapse.

In the photo, we can make out a third church in the distance behind the castle. This is the church of Serrière, It dates from the 13th century.

One fish story among many. :-)

“I believe trees tell good stories. Maybe that’s why birds sit on their branches for hours and listen to them.” - unknown.

We hiked through some of the old growth trees on Vancouver Island when I came across this vulture deep in the woods. The old trees must have some incredible tales to tell from the years of surviving what humans and Mother Nature has thrown at them. This vulture looks like he belongs in this setting with his prehistoric look. Advocates for the ancient forests are trying to save some of these old trees from logging. It is a habitat that is not easily replenished simply by reforestation. There is more to the story.

I found this ghostly looking packing in my kitchen. Some of my friends say ghosts live in old houses. When I was a boy, I was dreaming to see a HARMLESS ghost.

I had a chance to live in a place where people believe a ghost (old lady) exists. Unfortunately, I did not see the ghost, but my friend saw.

I've never seen a real ghost in my life. Still, I do NOT say "Ghosts do not exist."
