As part of our 20th-anniversary celebration we hosted an inaugural Women in Stem Cell Science Symposium, spotlighting three distinguished female scientists pioneering advances in immunotherapy, reproductive biology and brain cancer research.
The event featured a panel moderated by Dr. Judith Gasson and featuring Dr. Aparna Bhaduri, Dr. Yvonne Chen and Dr. Amander Clark.

Stem cells are a class of undifferentiated cells that are able to differentiate into specialized cell types. Commonly, stem cells come from two main sources: Embryos formed during the blastocyst phase of embryological development (embryonic stem cells) and Adult tissue (adult stem cells).
