New Jersey's Governor Phil Murphy ordered that all flags across New Jersey be lowered to half-staff indefinitely in honor of those we have lost, and will lose, during the pandemic.

With the sun setting fast on this freezing February day 56124 gives us the full glint treatment as she runs off the North Staffs line at North Staffs Jnc with the 1530 Pinnox Sidings to Chaddeston empty stone train.
I have been messing with this shot for a few days trying to find the best way to present it. A black and white version was looking favourite until I decided to crop the sky out which was a bit bland. The dead space worked really well and shows the glint off to the max....I think.
.. one late arrival.. tsk

Hot Springs is known for the natural hot spring water that flows to the bath houses on main street. I do not remember the staff getting buck you-know-what, but the customers do. I suppose everyone should tryout the famous healing waters. Personally, I found the several hundred head shower spigots coming from every direction known to man (or woman) to be, well, a bit overstimulating!

The world seems to be in this mode now all the time. In my four decades of life, I don't remember a time of this much turmoil and troubles in our homeland. The world is topsy turvy. I pray that things can calm down and return to a better state.

Bangour Village Hospital. I love this place. The grounds are totally vast, the scenery is beautiful, and there are some lovely old buildings. But it's a shame how neglected this place is quickly becoming. Security do a grand job with regard to the vandals, but the grass and shrubbery are starting to reclaim the land, and in some cases, obscure the buildings.

Moyen Staff
Not really a rover, but still a planetary surface transport vehicle. These cars were used by officers and higher-ranking civilian staff on the larger colonies and were quite ubiquitous on the streets and byways of Federation worlds.

Part of my entry to the Makuta Contest so far. It's turned out pretty well, but I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to make the textures a little more consistent. Also, do the legs and arms look better without all the gold armor? Thank You for your comments.
