I seem to be eating or drinking infusions of this stuff all the time!

Turmeric seems to aid, well just about everything, so I use it a lot!

Smile on Saturday#Spices and condiments

These are dried herbs. To keep the color on them for a long time, I pick whole branches with leaves and let them hang upside down in a dark, dry place with plenty of fresh air. In the jars at the top of the picture are dried leaves, then I pick only the leaves but they fade quickly, the taste and smell remain the same. These are rosemary, sage and thyme from my garden.
