While walking around Chatsworth House I was trying to spot out little details that would look rather nice. I think this fits the bill. Although I do now want some glasses like these !

Oops! I snapped this off when I was looking at the LCD of my father's Rebel XSi. I normal shoot is an Olympus E-410, but I'm in transition to a newer model, so I'm borrowing daddy's Rebel in the meantime.
Recommended before but, they are really good. I can cycle with my back almost parallel to the road, or at 20 degrees to the road, on the 'drops' of my road bike handlebars.
Similar glasses can be purchased as snooker glasses here from about 110 USD per pair. They are not quite as tall, its seems, but perhaps the shop could be persuaded to make them taller. They can be tinted too.
Mine were about 50USD since I used 100 yen shop frames.
I find that they need to be this tall because my forehead gets sweaty, so I can't put the lens actually to my forehead. This means that in order to be limited only by my brow, the lens needs to come up well above my brow.
