Yesterday I celebrated the 10th year as married with my lovely husband. I truly feel I have found my soulmate. We photograph, do long walks and sit and talk for hours. I have been so lucky to have a husband who cares for me in sickness and health.

When I took these photos this engine was not working and to give it some smoke a smoke box was used. It certainly added to the atmosphere. It was greatly appreciated by the people who had come to see it and many photos were taken.
True love is a moment in time that lasts forever.
I feel so happy and filled with joy today. This is a celebration of love and friendship and I truly feel lucky to have so many that cares and thinks of me in this difficult time.
My father is better and got home today on Valentines´day. What a gift! He is much better and takes it day by day to get back on this feet.
Thank you to all of you for all the love and caring you have given me.
Ps. I will be off for a while to visit my family but will soon be back to comment and look at your beautiful pictures.

The engine is the Caledonia the omnibus is number 15. The bus is in the livery of Douglas Corporation and was rarely seen outside of Douglas. The ones for the rest of the Isle of Man were Red.
These days all the busses are plain silver.
The bus is in full working order and folk came on it to see the engine.
