What a weekend. I had a bender with an old friend which was great but left me a little ill. I did a spa day today with a friend on our day off. It was the perfect way to recoup and one of the best parts of living in Las Vegas.

Phill bought me a small waterproof/shockproof camera for my birthday. We took it to the Spa with us. As Phill won't put his head underwater he had to guess where I was - ha ha ha. We had several near misses before we managed to get this. Also it didn't help that we hadn't read the instructions before we went so it is a tad "eh hem" out of focus. I like it because it makes me look as if my hair isn't grey:-)
We are off to Weston Super Mare tomorrow, stopping off overnight before heading off to Wales to visit Phill's sister for Easter. We are having my birthday dinner there at a Japanese restaurant. Also I get to open more presents - yeah!

One of my Christmas presents this year was a spa day. So yesterday I chilled and lazed back in a gorgeous spot in The New Forest. If you look below you will see it was so lovely that I was able to sit outside in the hot tub. There's even a pony in the background. These past few days the weather has been incredible with temperatures in the mid to high teens. Today it is pouring with rain and the temperatures have dropped slightly. Ah well all back to normal - at least it's not freezing with snow

Jilly Bean and Sadie working hard at their Viva La Dog Spa. The Vampy Vampoodles came in today for a little Pampering! Jilly Bean baths Pinkie Poo, while Sadie styles Lucretia Licorice. When your pet needs a little relaxation and pampering time, just head on down to Viva La Dog Spa! Bone-jour!
What a day!! My wife and I have been surrounded by sheer opulence, today! It's a spa day and overnight for us in this wonderful, beautiful 5-star hotel in Glasgow - the Blythswood Square Hotel.

March 25th. Second day of the Get Pushed challenge 'Love Health' and also my 46th birthday! I have this week off work and today went to one of the local hotels to access their pool/gym and spa. I had my first ever pedicure and now have dark blue nails!
Because of the sickness bug I've not been running since last week so took the opportunity to swim in the pool and run in the gym. I hate treadmills, but thought this would could be a good picture for the theme.
I personally find gyms claustrophobic; I really hate the mirrors, and the music and the televisions. I find little enjoyment being in such an enclosed space with lots of other people. Give me the outdoor gym anyday.
Anyway I think this pic sums this up.

Missy's been visiting here with us all the way from Australia. After some touch ups, Happy and Jane treated her to a Spa Day. There were fresh roses and lavender from the garden, warm steam to melt the cares away, and lots of chatting!
