Not technically a space invader, but close enough! Bub The Dinosaur (from Taito's Bust-A-Move) is an old favorite of mine. In college some friends and I wrote a wicked cool version of Taito's classic, and among other things I had to draw my own version of Bub. Maybe I'll find the original somewhere and post it...

Invader is going veggie in the last months of the year 2017. It started with PA_1318 and this one is located in the most vegetarian neighbourhood of Paris.

i saw this mosaic in the streets of paris, its from an artist, but i forgot his name....he is all over the world....
With the model shown and the manual which was enclosed the re-invasion of Amsterdam has begun. Wave 2005!
This copy was ordered at the Space Shop of www.space-invaders.com and is the example of how to invade your own space (or city).
About the new locations in Amsterdam...It's up to you where to find them. It's all in the game :-)

En 1974 Toshihiro Nishikado de la empresa Taito ideó un juego en el que un soldado protegido tras unas trincheras disparaba contra un ejército invasor, pero la idea de disparar a "personas" no le pareció bien y cambió al soldado por una torreta de misiles, las trincheras por escudos de energÃa y al ejército por marcianos. Ahà nació Space Invaders.
A pesar de la simplicidad del juego (contando sólo con un micro Intel 8080 de 8 bits para implementar el programa) su éxito fue tal, que el gobierno japonés tuvo que aumentar la producción de monedas que posteriormente serÃan usadas en las salas recreativas.
Curiosidad: Existen tres tipos de marcianitos; los que tienen forma de pulpito, los que tienen forma de cangrejo y los que tienen forma de calamar... XD
